Organic stone-ground unbleached flour, water, organic whole wheat sourdough starter, organic cracked wheat, sea salt.
We are now packaging our bread in biodegradable cellophane bags. These bags are thick (1.2 mils) and strong and are made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles, certified biodegradable, compostable and made carbon zero.
Please don’t toss them in the trash or your regular plastic recyclables. They can go right into your compost bin.
