Prairie Brown bread is a 100% Whole Wheat bread with seeds. It’s our Mountain Brown recipe with the addition of all the yummy and nutritious seeds found in our Seed Bread.
Ingredients
Organic stone-ground whole wheat flour, water, organic whole wheat sourdough starter, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt.
Our Packaging
We are now packaging our bread in biodegradable cellophane bags. These bags are thick (1.2 mils) and strong, and are made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles, certified biodegradable, compostable, and made carbon-zero.
Please don’t toss them in the trash or your regular plastic recyclables. They can go right into your compost bin.
