Organic unbleached flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, organic rolled oats, organic cane sugar, organic whole wheat starter, unrefined salt.
Our Packaging
We are now packaging our bread in biodegradable cellophane bags. These bags are thick (1.2 mils) and strong and are made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles, certified biodegradable, compostable, and made carbon zero.
Please don’t toss them in the trash or your regular plastic recyclables. They can go right into your compost bin.
